I regularly guide multiple engagements at once, partnering with executive teams and cross-functional groups across design, research, strategy, and technology to shape customer experiences, digital products, and service models from discovery through implementation. I also help define new engagement opportunities and mentor teams as we expand the scope and impact of our work.
