It’s nice to meet you.

Too often, organizations pursue growth or modernization without fully understanding the problem from the perspective of the people navigating their products, platforms, and services.

A strategy may look sound on paper, yet fail in practice because it was designed around internal targets rather than lived reality.

I work at the intersection of strategy, experience, and execution, helping organizations ensure that business ambition translates into outcomes that actually work for the people they are designed to serve.

I lead human-centered engagements that begin with disciplined inquiry and move quickly toward tangible results. My approach starts with understanding how customers navigate products, platforms, and services in real life, then shaping direction that is both commercially sound and experientially strong.

Over the past decade, I have led more than 40 strategic engagements across financial services, technology, healthcare, and the public sector. I regularly guide multiple engagements at once, partnering with executive teams and cross-functional groups across design, research, strategy, and technology to shape customer experiences, digital products, and service models from discovery through implementation. I also help define new engagement opportunities and mentor teams as we expand the scope and impact of our work.

My leadership style is grounded in curiosity, creative confidence, and respect. Across collaborative sessions, working teams, and leadership conversations, I pay close attention to how decisions are forming. When energy shifts or an assumption moves too quickly toward agreement, I slow the conversation with clarity and steadiness.

I am ambitious about impact. Exceptional experiences are not accidental. They are designed through thoughtful collaboration, disciplined iteration, and a deep respect for the people on both sides of a system.

The goal is not simply alignment. It is experiences that work in practice, build customer loyalty and confidence, and generate sustained growth.
